Fameco Real Estate, LP was formed in 1992 as a brokerage firm specializing exclusively in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. While our original focus was retailer representation, over time we have expanded our concentration to all aspects of the retail real estate industry; retailer representation, owner representation, property management and investment sales.

Today, our firm consists of more than 90 professionals, including more than 40 salespeople that are fully supported by a staff with expertise in graphic design, demographic analysis, marketing, financial analysis, legal, construction, accounting, information technology and general administration. Fameco Real Estate is pleased to play a leading role in the shopping center industry throughout easten Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
